What it's like

Downstairs is a long living room with arches, light floors and a wood-burning fireplace, split into two areas: one with the dining table and the other with the sofas facing the big window onto the garden. The stairs lead up to the bedrooms.

Four bedrooms: two doubles with the same grey bedspread, another double with a poppy bedspread and one with two single beds. All with a wardrobe and a window onto the garden.

Two full bathrooms, one tiled in green with a shower and the other in blue with a bathtub.

The kitchen is separate, with wooden units, ceramic hob, oven and dishwasher.

Outside, the pool rules, right in front of the house with sun loungers in the sun. Next to it is the arched veranda with a long table, which is where you really eat in summer, and the gas barbecue.
