What it's like
Three bedrooms: one with a wrought-iron bed, a yellow wall and a sofa; another with a turquoise wall and a fretwork headboard; and another with single beds. There are three bathrooms.
The living room has a wooden-beamed ceiling, light sofas and a big window open to the pool. The dining area, with a glass table and red chairs, is by the sliding door. The kitchen is in light wood, with oven, steel extractor hood and fridge.
Outside is the best part: a rectangular pool with built-in steps, lawn, sun loungers, an outdoor shower and a porch with rattan sofas under the awning.
A spiral staircase goes up to the roof terrace, where you can see the Peñón and the buildings along the Calpe beachfront. You come in through a patio with arches and bougainvillea.
