What it's like

47 m² put to good use: two bedrooms, one with a double bed and a wooden headboard and the other with two single beds, both with a wardrobe.

The living and dining areas are together, with a sofa, a table for four and wooden doors that open onto the terrace. The kitchen is in the same room, with oven, ceramic hob, fridge and washing machine.

The bathroom has a walk-in shower with a glass screen and a basin with a vanity unit.

Outside the front door there is a stone terrace with a table, benches, an outdoor sofa, plant pots and a built-in barbecue. You park on the street, in front of the house. The communal pool is kidney-shaped, with a small children's pool and sun loungers.
